Booking Policy

• The rates shown are based on one way transfers and are subject to applicable taxes.
• The rates shown do not include landing fees where applicable.
• Change requests to confirmed bookings must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled flight.
• A credit card is required to confirm a reservation and will be processed on the day of the flight.
• Luggage Restrictions: Due to limited cargo space, passengers are permitted to carry one (1) piece of medium sized luggage per person. Should flight seats not be filled to capacity, additional luggage space may be available. Note that all helicopters have an external basket to carry ski equipment.
• Blackcomb Aviation is unable to provide refunds for flights cancelled due to the postponement, cancellation or rescheduling of 2010 Olympic events or for delays in passenger arrival and security clearance prior to departure time.
• Should Blackcomb Aviation cancel a flight due to weather conditions or any situation involving a civil emergency, a full refund will apply.
