Blackcomb Aviation is Western Canada’s premier multi-fleet helicopter and private jet charter service. Internationally respected for its accident-free safety record, Blackcomb has permanent bases of operation in Richmond, Whistler, Pemberton, Vancouver, Squamish, Sechelt, Lillooet Bridge River Valley and Victoria. The Company operates stateside under Blackcomb Aviation USA which is headquartered in Arizona.

We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our Richmond Base who will report to the President & COO of Blackcomb Aviation. The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of eight years in a professional office environment, preferably with an operational and marketing focus;
• Superior written and verbal communication skills;
• Deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service;
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills;
• Strong computer skills on all programs for Microsoft Office, as well as a willingness to learn more if needed;
• A positive self-starter with a predisposition to take initiative;
• A professional and courteous manner and a readiness to adapt to a wide range of duties;
• Ability to show discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information;
• Strong follow through and proactive decision making skills as a certain amount of judgment will be required when prioritizing/completing projects and duties;
• Great sense of humour.
